Participated in International US delegation of adoption professionals to Russian orphanages and Russian universities to promote Russians adopting children from Russia. The project was very successful and resulted in Russian children being adopted by Russians.
United States Congress awarded Carole Adlard the Angels of Adoption Award. Congress presented it to Carole in recognition of her outstanding commitment to promoting adoption and as an outstanding example of a servant leadership.
Carole is a founding member of the Ohio Adolescent Health Centers ( OAHC). The OAHC member agencies annually serve over 90,000 Ohio students with programming on healthy relationships and risk avoidance education.
University of Notre Dame, Alumnae Exemplar Award was awarded to Carole Adlard. According to the University, Carole has guided people to make better choices for stronger relationships during adolescence, marriage, and parenting. Carole’s service provides inspiration to all who strive to uphold Notre Dame’s greatest tradition of Faith, Learning and Service.”
St Ursula Academy, Cincinnati Centennial Award for Outstanding Alumnae. According to St. Ursula Board of Directors, “Carole represents a shining example of life long service to humanity to all of St. Ursula’s family and our Greater Cincinnati community.”

National Common Ground Coalition of Life and Choice, Washington, DC Bringing leaders of pro choice and pro life together to discuss common ground of adoption.
HHS Adolescent Teen Pregnancy Prevention Conference Board:
Planned and executed first virtual annual conference for HHS grant recipients thoughout US Puerto Rica, Guam Adoption Option curriculum and The Price Tag of Casual Sex curriculum awarded outstanding Speaker- National Adoption Conference, Tahoe, California National Rights to Life Conference, Washington, D.C.

Cincinnati Community Awards:
Carole was awarded the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce: Up Downtowner of Year In recognition of Carole’s dedication of writing a monthly Up Downtowner newsletter for 10 years. Carole was a member of the group managed the Octoberfest.
Xavier University presented Carole with an award for being an exceptional female leader of a non-profit.

Under Carole Adlard’s 38 years of leadership, Healthy Visions was awarded the following philanthropic awards:
* Mount Notre Dame HS awarded Healthy Visions their top philanthropic award.
* Milford HS awarded Healthy Visions their top philanthropic award.
* Community Foundation of Warren County awarded Healthy Visions their top philanthropic award.
Mathematica Policy and Research selected Healthy Visions as the only SRAE grantee in the country to be featured in IDEAS from the Field. A case study of the Healthy Visions program. Funded by Family & Youth Services Bureau.
Ohio Nonprofit Excellence Award was presented to Healthy Visons in recognition of the agency’s Creativity, Execution, Achievement and Overall Excellence in providing outstanding and effective programming to students in Ohio.
Health Foundation of Greater Cincinnati– Recognized Healthy Visions for their exceptional (prevention) services.
Facing Life Head a television program featured Healthy Visions in a 30 minute program called“teens making healthy choices” Healthy Visions was awarded an Emmy for this program.
