Invited to & participated in International US delegation of 16 adoption professionals. Made visits over 16 days to Russian orphanages and Russian universities to promote Russians adopting children from Russia. The project was very successful. Russians began adopting
Russian children from orphanages!
Mathematica Policy Research created a white paper case study on Healthy Visions in April 2019
through site visit, classroom observations and a review of program documents. This is important because the report was published with HHS Family & Youth Service Bureau. This publication is now available for others to model.

Carole was a founding member of the Ohio Adolescent Health Centers ( OAHC). The OAHC member agencies annually serve over 90,000 Ohio students with programming on healthy relationships and risk avoidance education.

Health Foundation of Greater Cincinnati- Recognized Carole for outstanding alcohol and addiction (prevention) services.
