US delegation of 16 adoption professionals.   Made visits over 16 days to Russian orphanages and Russian universities to promote Russians adopting children from Russia.  Russian families were not adopting Russian children.  The project was very successful.  Russians began adopting Russian children from orphanages!

Mathematica Policy Research created a white paper case study on Healthy Visions April 2019 through site visit, classroom observations and a review of program documents.  This is important because the report was published with HHS Family & Youth Service Bureau.  This publication is now available for others to model.

This was presented in recognition of outstanding example and commitment to promoting adoption.

State of Ohio presented

The Ohio Nonprofit Excellence Award in recognition of her Creativity,  Execution,  Achievement And Overall Excellence of a specific program completed by an Ohio non-profit Ohio Adolescent Health Centers.

Carole was a Founding member of this ongoing group of agencies which service students in the state of Ohio by providing tools for risk avoidance and healthy relationship education.
