Mary Anne Scheuble joined the Healthy Visions board in 2020 after re-locating to the Cincinnati area from Pittsburgh, PA by way of Mishawaka, IN.
She graduated from Wheeling Jesuit University with a sociology degree and a strong desire to improve lives. After a year-long stint in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps working for a non-profit created by Ralph Nader, she returned to Pittsburgh and began a career in sales, ever mindful of selling products that help people live better lives.
When her younger son started pre-school she transitioned from a stay-at-home mom to a classroom teacher. She spent 3 years teaching at the elementary level before returning to sales.
MaryAnne retired in 2020 from a 12 year sales career in the funeral industry where she had the joy of making presentations at state and national conferences; she managed all aspects of trade show exhibits, and she wrote a monthly column for a national industry trade journal. Previous careers were in intangible sales (credit bureau, Citizens Bank), retail (Macy, Ethan Allen, Verizon), and wholesale sales ( Cressy Memorial) serving a variety of business and consumer needs.
MaryAnne is passionate about inspiring good choices for all but especially for young people which is why Healthy Visions is the perfect fit. The mission to affirm the value of each person while encouraging great decision-making skills is paramount to one’s happiness. As a board member, her energies are directed toward fund-raising and spreading the good news about the best, most effective non-profit that very few people know about!
Mary Anne Scheuble – President
John Wood works for Rudler, CPAs, located in Fort Wright, Kentucky. John originally started at Rudler as an intern in 2013. John is a graduate of Covington Latin School and Thomas More College (now University). He joined Rudler’s full time staff in 2014 after graduating Summa Cum Laude from Thomas More University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and Accountancy.
At Rudler, John works with a variety of small businesses and non-profits in the Greater Cincinnati area. John specializes in business and individual income taxes, tax planning, consulting, and valuation. John is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). John leads Rudler’s business valuation niche and is now a manager within the firm. In addition to technical work, John enjoys networking and building stronger relationships with clients and referral sources.
John is now the treasurer and has been on the board of Healthy Visions since late 2019. He originally became connected with Healthy Visions from a Cincinnati CARES Board Match event. He also participates in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program (VITA), working in conjunction with Thomas More College accounting students, to provide tax preparation assistance to low income and elderly individuals.
John resides in Alexandria, Kentucky, and has been a lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky. He enjoys traveling, going to sporting events, and visiting new places in town during his free time.

Lisa McCoy is excited to be a part of the dynamic board at Healthy Visions. Her diverse background in education led her to volunteering for a non-profit with a mission to serve youth. She grew up in Sylvania, Ohio and attended Rutgers University where she earned degrees in both Psychology and History. After several years in the workforce, Lisa returned to school to earn a Masters in Education and a Middle School Science and Social Studies teaching license. She has worked in the classroom as a teacher as well as out of the classroom as an administrator.

Matthew O’Bryan is a Registered Representative at Lifetime Financial Growth who strives to provide his clients with excellence in service and innovative financial product design. This commitment continues in his role at Healthy Visions as he works to provide financial and strategic guidance.

Clinton Garda, D.C. is looking forward to helping Healthy Visions expand its presence on social media and the southwest Ohio at large.
Born in Edmonton, Canada, he was 12 years old when his father’s serious back pain issue was cured by a Chiropractic miracle in 1982. Inspired by this, 11 years later he moved to the United States to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic.
24 years, 150,000 patient encounters, and countless community outreach efforts later. Clinton continues to give back to his community.
Husband to his beautiful wife Jenny and Dad to Milo and Knox, Clinton has hung up his kilt as a heavy athletics competitor and now trains with his boys, and coaches them in throwing the discus and shot put.

Mykish C. Summers is a seasoned certified operations leader with over 20 years of experience in community mental health. She specializes in the well-being of children and families and excels in developing innovative behavioral health programs and initiatives within the education system.
As the owner of TNT Consulting and Management, Mykish drives positive change in mental health and educational settings. Her firm also assists individuals in organizing their mental and physical spaces for enhanced well-being and productivity.
Additionally, Mykish is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, bringing valuable insights into housing stability and its critical role in community well-being. Her real estate expertise complements her mental health work, providing holistic support to individuals and families seeking stability and growth.
Mykish holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Central State University and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati. A Licensed Social Worker with certification in trauma, she is committed to providing exceptional mental health care. A native of Cincinnati, Mykish is deeply involved in volunteerism, with a strong focus on youth mental health and community service.

Chad is a dynamic leader with 20 plus years of hospital systems experience. He excels in technical project execution and cross-functional collaboration. Chad has successfully managed multi-million dollar projects, created and implemented perioperative staff training programs, and fostered effective communication across diverse teams. As Director of Consultant Engagement at Nordic Global, Chad provides the strategic direction and vision for consultant experience and engagement initiatives.

As a senior vice president and a senior banking advisor at PNC, Paula works with individuals, families and teams to help deliver insightful banking solutions. Whether complex lending solutions or day to day banking needs, she provides a differentiated experience and executes services seamlessly to assist in delivering financial peace of mind. Paula has the knowledge, experience and desire to help bring about successful outcomes as your trusted advisor.
Prior to joining PNC in 1996, Paula was an assistant vice president in the Private Banking group at Commerce Bank. She has more than 27 years of experience providing banking services, lending options and wealth management solutions to high-net-worth clients. Paula also served in the treasury management area at Provident Bank.
Paula graduated with a Bachelor of Science in sociology from Anderson University. She is also a graduate of WE Lead with the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. Paula currently not only serves on the Board of Directors with Healthy Visions, she also serves in this capacity through the Dragonfly Foundation, and. Previously, she was a member of the Executive Committee and also the head of the Development Committee for the Board of Trustees for Dress for Success. Paula’s service to the community has also included leadership roles with the Board of Trustees of 4C for Children, United Way and the Junior League.

Chris Dalambakis is a Brand EXPerience Touchpoint Manager, that is Experience Economy Expert Certified, for a major company. He became a Board Member in 2024, after being awed by observing classroom engagements by the Healthy Visions Staff at local public and private high schools. Prior to settling in Cincinnati, Chris grew up in Centerville, Ohio and lived for a while in Chicago. Chris is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Biology / Pre-Med Degree and a minor in Economics.
Chris has served on other non-profit Boards in Cincinnati and is committed to bolstering the success of children being raised in South Western Ohio. He realizes the impact on the lives of individuals is important and the improved lives we leave in our wake is a total and complete blessing.Chris also served on the Board of the American Students Association in Washington DC for two terms and has lobbied on behalf of Higher Education in Washington D.C.
Chris and his wife Judy served as Bicentennial Commissioners for the University of Cincinnati and are active in the community in their support of UC, The Christ Hospital, The Cincinnati Ballet, and the Cincinnati Fire Museum.
