Assembly Modules

Youth Program Cincinnati, OH
Healthy Visions offers presentations in a larger, assembly format. These presentations can expand upon and personalize individual modules that can interact with larger audiences while still creating positive personal change among the student body.
Some of these assembly modules include:
Self-Esteem and Self-Image
Healthy Visions believes that every student deserves support in the pursuit of their dreams. In our “Future Focus” Assembly Presentation we help students to clarify those aspirations and adopt healthy habits and attitudes that will empower them to pursue those dreams. We begin by helping students to realize the importance of having high self-esteem. We demonstrate how this is achieved by avoiding toxic beliefs, self-talk, and behaviors that undermine their self-respect and interfere with their long-term goals.
Every student is loveable and valuable, and we want to help them see that they are worthy of their big dreams. We assist our students by helping them make intentional goals that are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound). Finally, we equip our students with knowledge that helps them to prioritize their time, create productive habits, and avoid distractions and unhealthy relationships that may take them away from their goals and a happy, healthy future.
Connect Smart
The Internet and social media are amazing tools that can enrich our lives IF we use the tools properly. In this assembly module, we educate students about the dangers of social media, while giving them insights on the constructive uses of technology that can empower them to pursue their dreams. We discuss the dangers of posting inappropriately, harming others through cyberbullying, and going online without taking necessary privacy precautions. We encourage our students to THINK, only posting things that are Truthful, Helpful, Inspiring, Necessary, and Kind. Finally, we empower students with best practices that will help them to not just navigate school successfully, but also increase their marketability for colleges and future employers in the job market.
Overcoming Bullying and Drama: Respect, Kindness, & Conflict Resolution
Healthy Visions believes all students are worthy of respect. Unfortunately, many students do not feel respected in their day-to-day life because of a culture of drama, bullying, and unproductive conflict. In this assembly, we give students the tools to break out of this toxic cycle. We teach students what communication looks like when it is healthy and productive. We also want them to know what it looks like when it isn’t. We encourage them to take appropriate action when they are being bullied or when they witness bullying. We do this by equipping them with information, strategies, and tools that help them to communicate more clearly, effectively, and with more assertiveness. After we have established a solid foundation, we discuss bullying and social drama: The different forms it may take (whether in the classroom or online), and appropriate ways to respond that will empower students and de-escalate unhealthy conflict and social drama. We inspire our students by reminding them that since everyone is worthy of respect, bullying should not be the norm within their community. We remind them to be proactive; it is not enough to simply react to bullying. Students need to be empowered to create a culture of kindness, respect, and trust that fosters community and uproots bullying at the source.
What Else?
We are a dedicated team that seeks to address the specific needs of your school or youth-serving organization. Healthy Visions is incredibly flexible when it comes to creating assemblies. Currently, Future Focus, Anti-Bullying, and Online Safety are our most requested topics, however, an assembly can be created from any of the available in-classroom modules that Healthy Visions offers in the 5-day program. If you are interested in hosting an assembly module at your school, please contact us at
